Individual Program

Client and Health Coach will explore concerns and discover tools that are needed for a lifetime balance.

​This program includes:

  • Two (50 minute) sessions per month

  • Setting and accomplishing goals

  • Explore new foods

  • Understand/reduce cravings

  • Increase energy

  • Goal setting to feel better in your body

  • Improve personal relationship

Wellness Program

Vera also works with cancer and diabetes clients giving tender loving care before/after treatment process (home visit cooking session and exploring new food to aid in strengthening the body).

Group Program

This program includes: One (1 hour) session per month; group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics; email support between session; handouts and other material; food samples and self care products.

  • One 50 minute session and one teleconference call each month that will include discussions on your progress, recommendations and a full set of notes
